Lianne Daugherty is excited to return to Precision as a part-time contractor. In 2025, she took a career pause to focus on her family. She has returned to facilitate an employee mentorship pilot program. The structure will be different from a standard mentoring program, in that it holds space for employees and where they are at in all aspects of life: career, technical, and personal. Ms. Daugherty is excited to build intentional yet organic relational connection between employees, which will in turn foster the already robust company culture.
